Her extensive career spans various industries, including professional employer organization (PEO), insurance brokerage and energy, showcasing her versatility and deep understanding of diverse organizational needs.

Throughout her career, Brandi has demonstrated exceptional expertise in benefits administration, employee relations, training and development and performance management. She has a proven track record of implementing innovative HR strategies that enhance employee engagement, drive productivity, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Brandi is a graduate of Purdue University and holds multiple HR certifications, including SHRM-SCP and SPHR, reflecting her commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of the latest HR trends and best practices. Her strategic approach to HR management has been instrumental in guiding organizations through periods of significant growth, change, and transformation.

Brandi is skilled at navigating complex employee relations issues with empathy and fairness, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining a focus on organizational goals.

In addition to her professional achievements, Brandi is a mentor in the HR community. She currently serves as the San Antonio SHRM Chapter Advisor for SHRM as UTSA and is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience with emerging HR professionals, contributing to the growth and development of the next generation of HR leaders.
