Ed is currently the Employee Relations Manager for a San Antonio based, non-profit organization which supports vulerable populations.
With over 25+ years HR experience in government, manufacturing, education, and non-profit, Ed has led employee relations functions such as investigations, disputute resolutions, conflict resolutions, disciplinary actions, climate surveying, training, policy development and analytics.
Ed was a SAHRMA member in the mid-1990's, and has returned to give back to the organization which helped him earlier in his career.
Ed graduated from Harlandale High School, then earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Syracuse University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Our Lady of the Lake University.
