Workshop #1 – Inclusion:

Come listen and share inclusion best practices in the areas of recruiting, performance management, and engagement. This workshop is ideal for any HR professional or anyone interested in learning more about inclusion.

Workshop #2 – Building a DEI Program (Where do I start and how do I get buy-in?):

Learn about some key steps necessary for building a new DEI program including getting buy-in from key stakeholders. This workshop is great for someone recently assigned to a new DEI program, someone interested in creating a DEI program, ANYONE interested in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs.

Workshop #3 – DEI Best Practices:

This workshop will be facilitated by Ed Contreras and is designed for established DEI practitioners to share their experiences and achievements they have encountered in their careers.

I like to say you don’t have to BE to BElong so, of course, anyone is welcome to attend ANY session. The only condition is that you can only pick one!

Cancellation / Credit Policy:

Registrations must be received before close of business on the Monday prior to the event so that we may turn in a headcount. Onsite registrations are accepted at the door on a first-come, first-served basis. If you cannot make the event, please let us know 72 hours beforehand by sending an email to support@sahrma.org, so that we can cancel your registration. SA SHRM will gladly issue a credit to your profile for future SA SHRM event registration(s) or a SA SHRM membership / renewal.
