Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its Impact on the Human Resources Industry.

In this month's educational meeting, Dr. Brenya Twumasi Buchalski, who received the honor United States Presidential award for Lifetime Achievement, will share her knowledge regarding Artificial Intelligence and how it impacts our Industry.

Dr. Twumasi is a lifelong learner who is passionate about supporting the public regarding Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.  Her motivation is that as we collaborate and share, we are better able to manage Industry expectations and results.

Learning objectives:

By the end of this session, members will be able to:

  • Name one way in which they can leverage Generative AI in their occupation.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the state of Artificial Intelligence today that impacts best practices within the Human Resources industry.
  • Name how AI tools are used in differing services given the diverse professions within an organization.
