Structurally-Based Equity in Organizations:
An approach that delivers results

Diversity is a fact, inclusion and equity are a collective choice that must be supported by the right organizational environment. The most common paths organizations have taken to E&I have been based on personal awareness and transformation through training, information and communication, but the outcomes have been uncertain at best. This talk shares a more holistic understanding of how the human system functions in organizations, and success stories that have begun with the design of the right structural fundamentals and supports.

Learning objectives:

  • Share a disruptive and systemic understanding of how organizations can more effectively support behavioral shifts through structural design.
  • Help in discovering some of the structural and operational elements that can impact on Inclusion and Equity in organizations.
  • Equipping attendees with elements that can be immediately applied in their organizations to enhance D&I.
