This fast-paced and highly practical meeting that combines the concerns of a post-pandemic workplace with the wisdom of Apple TV’s Ted Lasso. From the appropriate way to receive a complaint through effective tips and tactics for investigations and issuing findings, participants will leave with helpful templates, forms, and best practice reminders. We’ll cover three easy ways to get more information from an employee, phrases to use when you aren't sure what to say next in an interview, the best strategy for confronting an employee with contradictory information, and how to spot deception and respond appropriately. In sum, it will be "kinda like seeing Billy Joel perform live. Never disappoints."
