These past few years have been very challenging for the workforce. Many workplaces are understaffed, and burnout is high. Constant changes have caused fear and uncertainty. Workplace models are mixed. Turnover is high. In this interactive workshop, we will explore together strategies to assist leaders in building resilience and retention by building a culture of positivity, empathy, ownership, and gratitude. Around since the 1970s, Transformational Leadership Principles are not new and yet can help us today. Participants will have an opportunity to identify and solve a real problem that involves their team by engaging their team. The surprise benefit of engaging the team is that they experience increased morale and commitment. The workshop will be very practical, interactive, reflective and motivating as we explore the concepts of idealized influence, inspirational motivation, individualized consideration, and intellectual stimulation to drive results and simultaneously increase retention.
