With over a decade of experience in Human Resources, Brook has built a distinguished career managing HR functions for dynamic organizations.  Since earning her SHRM-CP accreditation in 2021, Brook has demonstrated a commitment to advancing the HR profession through strategic leadership and best practices. 

Currently, Brook serves as the HR Manager for Alamo Cafe, a cherished San Antonio institution, and oversees HR operations for Salata Restaurants across San Antonio and Austin.  Her expertise spans analytics, worker's compensation, fleet safety, sales, and accounting/payroll, ensuring a comprehensive and results driven approach to HR management.
