Dr. Laural Logan-Fain is a visionary leader, dedicated facilitator, and strategic coach with a passion for aligning business objectives with people-centric solutions. Her journey has been guided by empathy, an unwavering commitment to results, and a love for exploring new places and cultures.

For over two decades, Dr. Logan-Fain has been transforming organizational cultures by amplifying individual stories, fostering empathy, and driving engagement. She believes in the power of connection and understanding, which has been a cornerstone of her work in creating and implementing programs that build cohesive teams and cultivate leadership from within. Her goal is to empower leaders to transform and succeed, turning challenges into opportunities for growth.

Currently, she serves as the Vice President of Talent Management for the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA), where she oversees the People Business Partnership, Payroll, and Benefits Teams. She also proudly works as a Leadership Consultant and Facilitator at The University of Texas at San Antonio’s Center for Professional Excellence in the Alvarez College of Business.

Before joining the LPGA, she spent over a decade with the San Antonio Spurs Basketball (Spurs Sports & Entertainment), culminating in her role as Associate Vice President of People Business Partnership. In 2014, she launched the Spurs’ corporate university, transforming it into a thriving, community-serving, and revenue-generating program that continues to flourish. Her ability to deliver results while staying grounded in empathy sets her apart.

Her academic journey includes earning a PhD in Educational Administration with a specialization from the University of Oklahoma, co-authoring two books and numerous articles, and teaching at esteemed institutions like Southwestern Oklahoma State University, Our Lady of the Lake University, the University of Houston-Victoria, and the University of Texas at San Antonio. These experiences highlight her commitment to education, leadership, and mentorship.

In 2024, she founded Kintsugi Consulting, driven by a desire to help leaders transform their journeys. Inspired by her love for travel and exploration, she brings a global perspective to her work, helping leaders embrace their flaws, learn from their experiences, and emerge stronger.

When not working, Dr. Logan-Fain loves to travel and explore new cultures with her family. She and her husband enjoy spending time with their son Joseph, a big-hearted teenager, and their sassy rescue dog, CottonBall. Whether they’re discovering new destinations or enjoying a quiet evening at home, her family is my constant source of inspiration and joy.

This session will explore how leaders can cultivate these skills, using case studies, data, and research to provide practical strategies for enhancing leadership and driving success.
