Scott Hopkins is the Leadership and Talent Development Manager at Broadway Bank. He designs and delivers programs, such as driving top performance, organizational change, culture, resilience, and mental toughness. He seeks to incorporate the latest neuroscience research and create connected employee experiences. He has expertise with employee engagement, assessments, coaching, and leadership development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Master's in Management, 60 hours towards a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies, and is pursuing a coaching certification. Scott enjoys anywhere with a beach and scuba diving. He’s married to his wife Valarie and has two adult daughters.
