Bri is a Service Delivery Operations Senior Analyst with Accenture Federal Services. In her current role, she is responsible for overseeing the daily delivery of services to company employees, ensuring that they are delivered on time, without errors, and to the highest standards. Bri has held various other HR roles to include HRBP and also served in the United States Air Force, stationed at Andersen AFB in Guam. During her time in the military, she was presented with the wing level award “Team Andersen’s Best” and received an early promotion initiative, referred to as “Below the Zone,” for exemplary performance. Her expertise in process improvement, data analysis, and project management has enabled her to drive significant cost savings and increased operational efficiency in her past positions.

Bri has a BBA in Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio where she also served as the SHRM Student Chapter President—leading the chapter to its first superior merit award in over 10 years. In addition, Bri has a Master of Science degree in HRM from Texas State University and a current SHRM-CP certification.
