Sheila has over 20 years of HR experience, including Payroll, Worker’s Compensation and Benefits.  Sheila has a dedication and passion like no other when it comes to helping others. Very hands on, let’s get this done kinda gal. 

She is currently an HR Business Partner for a local PEO company in San Antonio.  Previously held similar titles and positions.

Sheila has been affiliated with SAHRMA and SHRM for over 10 years and was previously the Director of the Symposium and has been a volunteer for numerous events.

Sheila holds a Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in HR and graduated as a member of the Delta Mu Delta Honors Society.  Sheila has her SHRM-CP and PHR certifications.

Her two 2 fur babies are named Jasper and Bella.

With her extensive knowledge in various areas of HR, her outgoing personality, and her dedication to SAHRMA, Sheila can bring her enthusiastic approach to Membership development, retention, and engagement.
