Job Duties and/or Responsibilities:

Essential Functions

  • Implement and oversee all HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Administer employee benefits, performance appraisals, and compensation packages.
  • Ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Track and manage employee disciplinary action.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to management on employee relations and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity, including updates to the Employee Handbook and Company policies.
  • Monitor employee attendance, including tardiness, vacation, sick, personal, and holiday leave, and report to payroll and scheduling.
  • Oversee and maintain employee personnel records and documents.
  • Ensure compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification, including periodic audits.
  • Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibility
  • This position supervises the HR Team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong proficiency with PC and MS Office applications, including Excel and experience with database management and record-keeping.
  • Knowledge of organizational planning, development, and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, employment laws, and HR best practices.
