Mary Reddic is the Human Resources Generalist for Broadway Bank . She was previously at Frost Bank for almost 6 years where she had worked both in Human Resources and Marketing.

Mary joined SAHRMA and SHRM in 2022 and is excited to get more involved with these organizations.

Mary holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology. She also holds her SHRM-CP certification and is excited to pursue her PHR certification in 2023. 

Mary is a part of the Junior League of San Antonio and has multiple years in non-profit organization board experience. She also ran a multi-million-dollar budget with creating monthly finance reports for almost 5 years as well as sitting on different finance committees.

Mary is passionate about her family, passionate about HR and wanting to help make a difference with SAHRMA and SHRM.
