Ms. Aguilar represents employers across various industries, and takes pride in her ability to effectively represent, defend, and counsel her clients on a variety of employment related matters. She strives to provide her clients with prompt, cost effective, quality counseling and representation, focusing her efforts on understanding and anticipating her clients’ business needs, and collaborating to develop impactful business solutions.

Ms. Aguilar regularly represents employers before administrative agencies and defends employers in lawsuits brought in state and federal court regarding workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, leave violations, and wage and hour claims under state and federal law.

Ms. Aguilar provides daily advice to employers on complex human resources issues including compliance with state and federal employment statutes, navigating leave and accommodation situations, handling personnel issues, internal procedures, and conducting workplace investigations. She also reviews and drafts employment agreements, executive agreements, severance agreements, non-compete agreements, non-solicitation agreements, employee handbooks, and corporate policies. In addition, Ms. Aguilar conducts training for employees and management on best practices and policies, and litigation avoidance. Ms. Aguilar also conducts complex internal investigations.

Ms. Aguilar was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas and is a proud and active member of the community. Ms. Aguilar is married and resides in San Antonio, Texas with her husband.
