Kiearha Davidson, IPMA-SCP, SPHR, is the Director of Human Resources for the City of Converse, TX.  Davidson relocated to San Antonio from Michigan in the Summer of 2022 and promptly joined San Antonio SHRM stepping into a role as a volunteer.

With greater than ten years of experience in human resources, operating in both the public and private sectors she has led in employee relations, benefits, compensation and risk management. Davidson earned her Masters of Human Resources Administration and Bachelors of Integrated Leadership Studies from Central Michigan University. And through continuing education, she has earned multiple certifications from the Society for Human Resources, HRCI, and the Public Sector HR Association.
