Sponsor Application

SAHRMA offers a total of two (2) Combination Sponsors at each of our monthly meetings.  Each Combination Sponsor will receive: 

• (1) six-foot table at the monthly meeting you are sponsoring for the set-up and display of information about your company and for visiting with attendees;
• The company event which are promoting will be posted on the SAHRMA website’s calendar of events;
• Recognition at the monthly meeting by the Chapter President and mention of your upcoming company event;
• Display of your company logo with a link to your website via:
• • On the SAHRMA Website for the month of the meeting;
  • On the meeting slides during the networking portion of the luncheon (140+ attendees on average);
  • On all e-blasts and electronic newsletter for the month of the meeting (700+ Subscribers);

• The company event you are promoting will be featured on SAHRMA’s social media pages for the month of your sponsorship; and
• (1) Complimentary meal at the luncheon meeting.
