The "What Would You Do? (WWYD)" is a SAHRMA special feature. At each SAHRMA monthly meeting, Brenna Nava or Lawrence Morales, Employment Attorneys with Haynes and Boone, presents a hypothetical employment situation that a Human Resource Manager might face. After members have the opportunity to discuss the situation, share their own "war stories" and brainstorm about possible solutions, Ms. Nava or Mr. Morales presents ideas for handling the scenario. Thus, the WWYD? allows members to test their knowledge of employment law and HR practices and provides educational information to assist with future issues. Taking the WWYD? to a new level, in this Members Only feature, the monthly WWYD? scenarios and proposed answers are provided for your continual review.
