SAHRMA has a payment policy that requires payment in advance for monthly General Meetings and other events.
We believe that this policy change will provide our members and guests with a more efficient check in process and guarantee SAHRMA payment for meals reserved through the venue. We appreciate your support in this transition.
IMPORTANT UPDATE: MONTHLY MEETING REGISTRATION/PAYMENT must be paid in advance by credit card or check no later than Thursday noon prior to the Tuesday meeting. A headcount will then be given to the venue, and cancellation will not be refunded after this time.
Registration and payment: To secure your reservation you will need to pay in advance by credit card or check.
- Credit card payments may be made online to your credit card account, through PayPal or you may call or fax your information to the SAHRMA office. You will receive a confirmation via email. If you do not receive this confirmation the registration process was not completed.

Reservations are strongly encouraged. Walk-ins will be given consideration once reserved seats have been filled and additional seats become available. Walk-in are not guaranteed seating.
